Store Manager

1. Ensure complete store administration and compliance with policies and procedures. 2. Meeting productivity goal by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store keeper/ site personnel. 3. Deal with all issues that arise from store keeper/site personnel (analyzing facts, problem solving methods). 4. During peak work time, train the site personnel to prioritize and plan according to work load without deviating the procedures. 5. Attitude towards quality, safety and consistency of work is key responsibilty. 6. Reliability to work in any circumstances. 7. Reporting and updation of work in timely manner. 8. Wastage, Usage & Handling of materials should be explained and kept in controlled. 9. Reconciliation should be done periodically to control the wastage. 10. Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance between site personnel. 11. Ensure Site team to take complete ownership of all store related activities. 12. Ensure store procedures are followed at any circumstance without any discrepancies. 13. Take complete ownership of their work. 14. Labour camp visit and insisting the site team to get awarness of labour camp visit and materials recovery, maintaining cleanliness, providing sufficient requirements to the labours.
